We had a power outage one night for a few hours, and I couldn't find my one tiny flashlight or a lighter for any of my candles...the next day I ordered this go bag because that simple power outage made me realize how ill-prepared I was for anything to go wrong! Being a single mother in a new area, I need to rely on myself quite a bit to get things done on my own. This is one of those things that I put in the back of my mind on my to-do list, but I have never actually prepared for a big emergency. I found this bag in my online search, and it covers almost everything. It has almost all things I will need for myself and my son, and then some.However, I do think they should add a better first aid kit and an emergency radio. I am purchasing an emergency solar/hand-cranked radio, batteries, a better small first aid kit, and some more snack food to add to this kit. Otherwise, almost all necessities are in my bag now, and it gives me peace of mind.

As a First Responder in New Orleans, I now have a little piece of mind knowing that I have a premium emergency survival bag to get me through the 1st 72 hours. Very impressed. The items are good quality. I have added almost 10 more pounds of item to make this almost a 5 day bag for 2 people and there ia still room for more. The bag os very impressive and I like the way it unzips and has really cool compartments and room for to stuff as well as plenty of straps to attach more stuff

Very nice kit. Has all the basic items that would be needed in the event of an emergency and it packaged in a very nice backpack.

I bought the Premium Comfort Two Person Pack. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the pack itself. It is very well made and comparable in quality to my pack from REI. The straps are well padded as is the waist belt. There are extra pockets and extra room for other items. The zippers are sturdy zipper, with attached pulls. The dehydrated food (Mountain House) is the same high quality you'd use for camping. I especially like the collapsable stove, water filtration device, and the quality LED lantern. Who ever put this product together did so with a genuine desire to give comfort to folks facing a crisis - very well thought out. Thank-you.Tom HallP.S.
