The pouch is great. I didn't really need the supplies but as an RN it's nice to be able to load this up with things I need instead of having to weigh down my pockets. Plus I don't have to worry about things falling out of this like I do my pockets

I love this little thing, it's rugged and tough and for the price you can't beat it!!! I keep it in my Jeep for the little emergencies.

If you need decent trauma sheers and a penlight to asses pupil dilation in the field this little set is perfect for the price. All the extra first aid supplements I've added to my IFAK.

The shears and pouch is exactly what I needed. I am a paramedic student and had a previous leather pouch I had to replace. The way this is designed I can put additional gloves it the front and still have a place for the provided shears, tweezers, and preflight. I also was able to add my marker and pens. Great too that will come in great handy.

This product is the perfect size for what I need. It has a slip on the hack that holds my raptors perfectly and the gear it comes with is nice for the price. The pen light and miniature shears have already come in handy. The medical supplies I kinda threw in my glove box and I use the main lower pocket for holding gloves and my flashlight. It's been great so far. Not too big but big enough for everything I need away from the truck.
